We partner with trusted shipping carriers such as UPS and USPS to ensure your orders reach you efficiently. - While we do our best to dispatch your package promptly, please understand that we do not have control over shipping delays that may occur with our carrier partners.

 

Backordered Items: - In some instances, certain items may be temporarily backordered due to high demand or other factors. WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY

Str8 Up Mounts Inc. products will carry the following warranty.

 

Warranty Period

- Limited Lifetime

 

The warranty requires the return of defective parts/products directly to Str8 Up Mounts. Replacement of parts or products may be new or refurbished and will meet or exceed specifications of the original parts or products.

 

- Proof of purchase may be required.

- The repair or replacement of a faulty product within the warranty period remains at the discretion of Str8 Up Mounts.

The Str8 Up Mounts warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship but does not cover fair wear and tear, defects resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, operation, or storage outside the environment specification for the product or in-transit damage.

Limitation of Liability

Except for the commitments outlined above, Str8 Up Mounts Inc. will not be liable for any direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other types of damages or injury to person(s) or property.

 

Returns

Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Products are not eligible for returns after 30 days past the order date.

 

Shipping Statement

*Under normal circumstances, purchases ship within 5-20 business days or sooner.

 

We take care in packaging our products for shipping. However, once an item has left our facility, it is no longer in our control in the handling of your order. If you receive a damaged shipping box, please contact us before opening and within 48hrs of delivery.
